In 1987, I followed my heart and childhood dreams when I made Martha’s Vineyard my full-time home.   

Real estate became my full-time passion and with over 37 years of personal and professional real estate sales, I bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the process of home ownership whether buying or selling.  I am hard working, dedicated and committed to providing all my clients with the highest level of skills and expertise so you may be confident in making true informed decisions. 

Having served on Island Boards and involved with civic organizations over the years, has been rewarding and vital to cultivating solid island relationships and connections that assist me to reach out if we need trade experts. I even have a few funny stories to share.   

On my free-time I enjoy spending time with my family and a very spoiled 15-year-old Jack Russell Terrier named London.  I am of Greek decent and an avid foodie who loves to cook, along with fishing, boating, and enjoying music.

Matt Robertson is a licensed real estate salesperson based and residing in Edgartown, MA. Prior to joining McManus Realty Group, Matt spent most of his career with Berkshire Hathaway in Stamford, CT. He is a graduate of Duke University. A lifelong swimmer, Matt also teaches Adult Swim and is a Lifeguard at the YMCA of Martha’s Vineyard. 

Carol has a diverse professional background. She is a graduate of Salem State College and while raising her five children, taught the fifth grade and eventually became the owner of three childhood education centers in the Boston area. After spending many years vacationing on the island, in 1986, she decided to make the island her home. She opened Espresso Love in 1992. After almost 20 years and with Espresso Love solidly established and managed, Carol decided that she was ready for a new career and obtained her real estate license in 2010.

Community involvement is very important to Carol, she believes in giving back. She is currently involved in the Martha”s Vineyard Food & Wine Festival,  a board member of the Possible Dreams Auction. She is a past board member of Vineyard House and has also donated her time and found great pleasure in giving cooking lessons to children at the Edgartown School.
